All services are subject to availability and governed by individual contracts entered into with clients. These Terms apply to your use of the Website and do not replace or supersede any signed service agreements.

All payments made for our planning services are governed by the specific contract signed between ARH Events LLC and each client. As stated in our Refund Policy:

  • Clients may cancel their contract with five (5) days written notice.

  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

  • If ARH Events LLC is unable to fulfill services due to unforeseen circumstances (not including personality disputes), a comparable planner will be assigned at no additional cost.
