Refund Policy

​At ARH Events LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional service for weddings, corporate functions, and social events. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair, while respecting the time, planning, and resources invested in each event.

Cancellations by the Client

You may cancel your contract with ARH Events LLC at any time, for any reason, by providing a minimum of five (5) days written notice. Please note that all payments made prior to the date of cancellation are non-refundable, including retainers, deposits, or any partial or full service fees. This policy applies to weddings and all other event types (e.g., corporate events, private parties, etc.).

Cancellations by ARH Events LLC

In the unlikely event that ARH Events LLC is unable to complete services due to unforeseen circumstances—excluding personality disputes—we will assign a comparable event planner or coordinator to carry out your event as planned. No additional fees will be incurred for this substitution, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure a seamless transition.
